Dear human explorer,
I want to invite you to an evening of tantric practices. Tantra has ignited my joy of life. It has been a gentle and fierce mirror, it humbled, inspired and completely amazed me. It has shown me many truths and sparked even more questions and curiosity. These practices are very dear to my heart and I’m delighted to share them with you this evening.
We will center what I consider to be some of the fundamentals to navigate tantric spaces constructively: consent, boundaries, and attunement. Sensitively sensing, expressing and creating space for our needs. Trusting in the other’s ability to do the same. Holding and honoring our own boundaries and receiving the gift of another’s clear boundaries. The more we practice to fully and unapologetically embrace our ‘No’s’ the more we can trust and embody our ‘Yesses’.
- What are your wants?
- What are you willing to give or allow to support the other?
- Do you tend to follow your own preferences or would you rather respond to the needs of others?
- Are your boundaries firm and consistent, or do they shift in the moment depending on what you are willing to allow—or even endure?
- There are no right or wrong answers, just explorations.
This workshop will be both a great beginners workshop as well an opportunity for more experienced practitioners to explore in depth. At the start of the evening, I will invite you to set a personal intention—a challenge level that aligns with the needs of your nervous system in that moment. Simply attuning to your body’s signals and expressing them is plenty. However if you wish to explore the edges of your comfort zone in a safely held space by expressing more daring, more taboo or hidden desires, let that lead your intention.
The practices we will engage in are simple yet profound. In simplicity I found ease and depth, in clarity I have found safety and surrender. I warmly welcome you to explore some of the practices that have contributed so much to my life.
Nectar.

Please overview the general tantric moments guidelines in the general text underneath and pay special attention to the guidelines that have been underscored and further explained here as they are relevant for this specific evening.
If you are joining us for the first time or if you question or are not fully resonating with these guidelines, please come a bit earlier. We would love to talk you through the main guidelines so we are all on the same page regarding the mutual agreements. By entering the space with us, you are agreeing with the following agreements:
“I will honor every participants privacy”
You may share about your own experience but never mention anybody else’s experience by name or other way that others can infer who you are talking about. Experiences shared or experienced in smaller groups or duo’s can only be shared with the whole groups with consent of the person they are concerning.
“I will strive for optimal Safety for myself and others”
We will ask for consent and respect each other’s boundaries. Safety is a subjective feeling and experience. What might be deeply relaxing to one individual may be very scary and stressful to another. We therefore can not guarantee a feeling of safety. However our mutual aim is to facilitate the most achievable level of a regulated nervous system each individual is capable of. We have some tools to help you achieve this. First of all you can at each moment take a break and sit in the self-regulation or time-out space. Second of all we always have spaceholders available for co-regulation. They might not be immediately available but if something happens that triggers uneasy feelings in you, you don’t have to sit with them alone. We also work with a traffic light system. This helps when you’re not used to expressing desires and boundaries and it’s hard to find worlds for them or for when you are in an non-verbal state and coming up with words is harder or you simply do not want to activate your verbal brain. With simply saying the word ‘green’ you say “this, more of this please”. By saying the word ‘orange’ you are saying “slow down, give me a moment to figure out if i’m truly a green or if I want something different”. By saying the word ‘red’ you are saying “please remove all touch or interaction from my person, I need a moment and will come back in my own time”. It can be very helpful to ask for a space holder to sit with you when you or a partner has expressed ‘Red’.
“I am responsible for me (my own safety, boundaries and needs) and I let others take responsibility for themselves”
You tune in and take of you and others of themselves. There is no need to rescue, console, comfort others. Others are allowed to be triggered by you, they can take care of themselves with the support and tools offered to them. If we all take care of ourselves, we are all taken care of. You can explicitly ask for support and if it feels good to you, you can give support when you are explicitly requested to give it. You can always say no, to any request, exercise or structure.Even if that means a group or dua falls one short. We are all practicing with taking care of ourselves, so allow others to have the opportunity to ask for the support they need. You are here for your experience and exploration.
“I am a free individual and respect the freedom of the other participants”
You might explore in an intimate setting with people you have not met before. For the sake of exploration and open possibilities, we let what happens in the workshop live there. It might be very meaningful for you in terms of insights and truly heart opening experiences that are very valuable to you, however it has no meaning outside of the workshop. When choosing a partner to do an intimate exercise with, you are not committing to anything else. If you are coming with a partner you will be able to do most practices with each other, if you wish to do so. In that case this guideline is less relevant.

— TANTRIC MOMENTS YOUNG | GENERAL TEXT —-
An evening to connect, first of all with yourself.
We explore together how we relate to life. For this we use experiential exercises, where the orientation is on the physical body, the emotions, the mind and the spiritual experience. The exercises help, through reflection, to bring insight and awareness to areas where you may not know yourself that well. This awareness and the loving presence to your own and each other’s experience, often makes healing possible.
This Western form of tantra that we practice is also called being-oriented tantra. The threshold of this style is safe and accessible. We stay clothed and, there is no focus to express sexual energy. We bring our attention to the awareness of and the vitality of our own experience.
Where Tantra in many styles seems to focus on the (sexual) dynamics and interaction between different sexes, Tantric moments for us is much more about uniting opposite (polar) aspects in yourself. We use the interaction with the other as a mirror to give insight into that.
About 80% of the participants come independently. If you are not comfortable to work with strangers, you can bring someone with whom you feel safe and comfortable. This partner does not have to be your love partner and sexual orientation usually does not matter. Important is that you have the intention to support each other lovingly and get to know each other better.
Prior experience is not needed. You may bring a partner to practice with but it’s not needed. All genders, orientations and backgrounds are welcome. We aim to be as inclusive as possible. If you have specific access needs, please reach out. If You’re motivated to practice but money is an issue, please reach out.
We are looking forward sharing a Tantric Moment with you
